Our goal is to put out the best beers possible, as often as possible. To achieve this standard, our taproom doors open for to-go beer promptly after our canning line shuts down. This ensures you have the opportunity to grab the freshest beer in the Metroplex. Keep your eyes out for our barrel-aged releases every 4-8 weeks; they go fast! BURT MACKLIN - We took our wildly popular Johnny Karate, added a huge dose of blood orange, and the delicious result is Burt Macklin. This beer clocks in at a massive 10.8% abv and was the best damn agent the FBI had until being framed for stealing the president's rubies.Available: Friday, February 2nd
CARAMEL BARREL-AGED STOUT - This thicc boy comes from a blend of barrels that have been aging for a range of 15-24 months, and it's finished by conditioning the blend on caramel. The result is big, boozy, dark as night, and perfectly sweet.Available: Friday, January 26th
AVIATO - This Baltic Porter (lagered porter) is light-bodied but full of flavor! Like a mildly sweet, melted Hershey's Kiss, yet still very clean and drinkable like you expect from a lager.Available: Friday, January 19th
THAT’S SIGNIFICANT! - This English Barleywine will keep you warm inside on these cold Texas nights! Complex notes of brown sugar, caramel, toffee, and butterscotch, with a mild bitterness to round the beer out nicely.Available: Friday, January 19th
